- Service Downtime: We are not liable for failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including internet outages or hardware failures.
- Cap on Liability: Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

You agree not to misuse the Platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server or any database connected to the service.

4. General Service Contract (Merchant Agreement)
This agreement governs the relationship between the "Operator" (FoodSystem.uk) and the "Merchant" (the restaurant, hotel, bar, pizzeria, etc.) and incorporates the Terms and Privacy Policy by reference.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.

- It will not upload any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Fees are due as described at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

- Merchant Data: The Merchant grants FoodSystem.uk a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and display the Merchant’s menu data solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
